My name's Kristine and I've been a hairstylist since I was 18. I began my career in a small town in the SF/Bay area, then moved into downtown SF in my early 20's and started at a high end low key salon in a very hip trendy area. I spent many years there building my career and techniques with a great diverse clientel.
I'm a L'Oreal Professionnel certified colorist and past ATT member/ Educator. I LOVE doing color and fun cuts that reflect my clients personality. I've taken second place in a state wide print Photo competition for a California industry magazine and was Educator of the Year 2002 & 2003.
I have worked behind the chair my whole career, but also in print & film, traveled around the states educating and also working backstage/onstage with some of the top hairstylists and colorists in the nation....
John Sahag, Sally Hershberger, TONY&GUY, Phillip Wilson, Jo Blackwell, Marcus Daniels and Tabitha Coffey are just a few that I draw my inspiration from.
I'm abit of a chameleon, and just a rocker chick at heart that embraces her inner Ivy League Yuppy. So i'm fashion forward, but not too trendy... way too many looks that I find appealing. Which is why I love living in a city thats full of life and interesting people. Its keeps the creativity flowing....
I'm an easy going person who always has something to say... I'm also the chatty one in my salon, its a gift. I've got kind of a goofy personality but a strong sence of self. After being an employee at a few of the high end/high attitude salons in Sarasota, Fl, I became an independently employed stylist. Currently working at The W Salon, a funky low key salon and art gallery, where attitudes are left at the door and the word is fun!!

I rock at color, and great cut is a must in this day and age... Razor cuts, highlites, dimensional color, disconnected trendy cuts and classic blunt bobs are my Fav.
