I could never fit into any label or stereotype. I was the local beauty queen in small town Texas and because of that was asked to participate in numerous local commercials, fashion shows and print ads. A four year stint as an entertainment TV hostess for a country music television series opened some pretty amazing doors for me. Unfortunately, small town Texas is far away from Hollywood and simply didn't have the resources to attend auditions or cattle calls. So years later, I hear that "40 is the new 20", I figure... what the hell, I'll give it another try...
