HELLO MY FRIENDS...
Wow what can I really say?? I am truley BLESSED that much I do know!!I have recently just got saved and am loving every moment of it. God is GREAT!!We all come to a point in our life when we need a change and have to grow up and know our purpose here on earth. I have found mine. I am not perfect and have made alot of mistakes in my past. But have now made the choice to strive to be perfect within life itself and the almighty GOD himself. This year of 2008 will be my year I can PROMISE you that! My name is Melyssa Marie. I am half puerto rican and chinese (I know I don't look the chinese part, but hey it's true). My goal to achieve within the next 3 years is to become a top model and dentist!!!It has been a long time dream of mine to become a model. Numerous people have told me that I belong in front of the camera. My looks, professionalism and my ability to learn quickly, I follow directions very easily and I'm a very open minded individual. I want to tackle this modeling industry as I continue with my studies. I'm looking forward to meeting as many models, agents, and photographers as possible.

My primary reason for joining this site is for networking purposes. I want to put together a portfolio that is very diverse and professional. I feel I have alot to offer this industry because of my looks and my ability to learn. I'm interested in doing print, editorial, fashion, swimwear/underwear, television, and runway modeling.
I am in the process of coming out with my own Inspirational book dedicated to my parents, so be on the look out for it to hit stores soon. Currently I am work at a dental office as a dental professional in manhatten (It's where the money is at)!! What do I do for fun? I love to play sports basketball,softball,run and workout,shop, eat at new restaurants, travel,model,dance,movies,museums,meet interesting people, help others.One thing I have learned growing up is if you really want to accomplish something in life you can.I have realized that GOD doesn't give you too much you can't handle. My mother passed away when I was 12 and my father passed away when I was 6, so you can just imagine. I know that my parent's are smiling down on me everyday. Yes it get's very hard at time's knowing that my mom and dad are never going to be here again physically, but in my heart they will ALWAYS remain. Just because they aren't here to say that they are proud of me or say that they love me I know that they do. If it wasn't for my parent's I wouldn't be who I am today. My top goal is to become a top dentist/top model!!! I used to always ask god, Why did he give me this life? I have realized that he did it for a reason I didn't know the reason back than but I am starting to see why.These days life seems to be both GOOD; BAD at times. While I'm making big moves to pursue my dreams live the life I desire...it just gets hard sometimes and I 'm sure a lot of people can relate to that. Still...we have to move on past our BAD EXPERIENCES ,UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS to become the GOOD man or woman God has planned us to be...yup! So no matter what you may be going through let's HELP each other find the peace & happiness we all crave for in our hearts. Life is basically about making all those decisions we know we'll have to make even while we're going through hard trying times. I'll pray for you, so do the same for me and that's how we'll get in the place to be. My parent's are 2 guardian angels watching over me. I have realized that god never give's you to much to handle he just prepare's you for hard time's and make's you stronger. God works in mysterious way's. R.I.P MOMMY AND DADDY TIME GOES BY BUT YOU ARE NEVER FORGOTTEN NOR IS THERE A DAY THAT GOES BY THAT I DON'T EITHER CRY OR WANT YOU GUY'S TO COME BACK!!! LIFE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN!!The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family, and you will get flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, and a driver called Jesus, you can make it to a place called Success..
