All I need is that one big break to prove that I have what it takes. Just a little FACE TIME is all I need...
I refuse to give up, just because of my age or height. Call it stubbornness if you will but I always dreamed of being a print model or an actor that you see on TV and magazines. My 3rd grade teacher asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up and when I said model/actor, she called my mom saying we have a dreamer who needs to be realistic.
One month before my 24th birthday, I was told I had a 25% chance of surviving a severe case of hereditary Grave’s Disease (Hyperthyroidism). Two years of extensive pill taking, and risk of heart attack, I pulled through and 3 years cured now. Went back to college and finished my degree at the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors in Business Management in the Fall 2006.
As I tell everyone, there is only one-way from here, and that is Up. I’m a fighter, who appreciates life with some craziness and the knowledge that I’m here for a reason. Naturally a happy person with optimism and I’m good for the soul. You can’t help yourself but to be happy and join in my fun and outlook on life.
I would like to thank everyone who voted for me each and every day and the occasional votes meant just as much. The LA Ink contest is over with and i fell on lucky #13! Hopefully, enough to get some attention! thank you again!!
