Since the age of 3 I have been in the kitchen cooking. At 25 I decided it was time to follow my dreams and become a Chef ~ spending almost 2 1/2 long years in school to get my culinary and pastry degree. I have worked as a personal chef since starting school and have kept that as my side job ~ creating meals for family’s weekly and catering parties up to 200. I have run a restaurant working 60-80 hours a week ~ everything from training staff, to creating recipes to working every position in the kitchen (even dishwasher when needed). I know the ins and outs.

My husband and I are proud parents to beautiful 8 month old girl ~ which has entered me into even a more heightened level of expertise. Cooking with a child! I can sympathize with every mom out there who has children and works and needs to put a meal on the table every night.

It is my passion and dream to teach anyone how to make cooking as easy as possible being enjoyable and flavorful. I am not an actress – just a woman with a passion to cook and teach.
