About
First and foremost a big THANK YOU to everyone here who voted for me and helped me go from last place to 9th place in 2 days! I came into the casting 2 days late and moved all the way up with your help!! Thank you for the support. It certainly means a lot in this tough business we all love to have the support of other people who have similar goals and dreams!
I am a very energetic and outgoing woman who LOVES sports. . . all sports. I can be serious, silly and fun-loving. I love people, I love getting to know people and learning from them. I am a graduate of Loyola University Law School of New Orleans and practiced Entertainment Law for 6 years. I also hosted two television shows in New Orleans before moving from New Orleans.
I am working on producing a new sports show just for women because I would love for more women to embrace sports and understand it. I have interviewed athletes ranging from New Orleans' Reggie Bush to Detroit's Gary Sheffield (who sat with me for a 2 hour extensive interview about his life). Athletes intrigue me. Their sense of commitment, their sacrifice, and their passion for the sport is what motivates me. I travel extensively to attend sporting events, conduct interviews, and to meet fans around the country. Check out my myspace account for some of the places I have traveled.
Nothing excites me or makes me happier than being at a sporting event. I love to watch them on television too, but much prefer to be there in person. My favorite sport is football, followed by basketball, then baseball. I have a great affinity for boxing and MMA as well. I enjoy watching athletes in all sports compete. It is the ultimate reality show where the script changes each week and the unpredictable could happen at any minute. (Giants win over the Patriots for example). That had to be my all time favorite because I am originally from New Orleans and grew up a New Orleans Saints fan all my life. Eli and Payton's father Archie Manning was our QB for years and could have never dreamed of going to the Superbowl in those days with the Saints. To see both of his sons achieve the greatest of all moments in football, the Superbowl win and the MVP award was excitement beyond words!
My ultimate job is to work in sports. For years I have worked on the corporate side of sports and entertainment as a lawyer but my undergraduate degree is in Broadcast and that was always my first love. Now I am pursuing my dream of a journalism career in sports and will work 24/7 to be the very best in this profession that I can possibly be because my love of the game comes from deep within... and I cannot wait to share my passion of sports with the rest of the world!
