Hi everybody,
First of all I LOVE TO COOK! I've been working in kitchen's ( a few Hell's Kitchen's)for half of my life. I started as a dishwasher and I had great teachers and the opportunity to advance based on hard work and determination. I moved up the ranks to line cook, supervisor, Sous Chef, Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager.
My experience and determination makes me confident that I can win on Hells's Kitchen.
Primero que nada me gusta cocinar. He trabajado en muchas cocinas (algunas como en el Infierno) La mitad de mi vida. Empece trabajando como lavaplatos y con buenos maestros y la oportunidad de avanzar en base a mi trabajo subi a cocinero de linea, supervisor, Sous Chef, Chef ejecutivo, y Gerente de Cocina.
Mi experiencia y determinacion me hace tener confianza en poder estar en el Show De Hell's Kitchen y ganar.
