I have drive, desire, and passion. I am smart, I am fully dedicated to what I do, and I am hard working woman. I have worked at a assited living home for almost 10 years now, which I run my own kitchen. I am very proud of everything i do.I am very anal about my kitchen. I have a certificate in food service management, and I am serve safe certifed. I am also certifed in cpr. I am currently attending college to get my degree in culinary arts, which I will graduate in 2009. I have cooked since I was 8 years old, which my grandma taught me the basic fudamentals of cooking. I am creative, which helps me create my own flavor. You could say im a multi-tasking sergent in the kitchen, doing 5 things at once. I worked at the PGA Ryder Cup in 2004, under Oprah Winfrey's personal chef. I have worked in several fine dining establishments, as well as caterered. I believe that if you love something then go after it.
