About
I am a writer, photographer, and occasional videographer who has spent a lot of time around high technology and the military. I've worked twice as a contractor for NASA, and have been heavily involved in a variety of research efforts, working both with Spacelab missions and with NASA efforts at Space Commercialization. I am very familiar with scientific and engineering testing, including testing to failure or in extremes not normally encountered. I am a pilot, have jumped out of planes, and done other interesting things. Currently, I work with biomedical engineering and as Civilian-In-Residence at Blackfive milblog, http://www.blackfive.net, and blog at my own site, http://laughingwolf.net.
