Drowning Slowly - Adlu Productions
Location: Greensboro, NC
Age Requirements: 20 to 50
Only open to members in: North Carolina
The auditions are for a feature length HDV movie to be shot in Greensboro and Wilmington, NC during early through mid June (approximately a 10-12 day shoot). This is a very low budget production so positions will not be paid, we will provide meals, a credit in the film, copies of the finished piece, all travel to Wilmington, and are willing to edit demo reels for talent after shooting is completed.

BREAKDOWNS
 - Emaline (female, mid-late twenties): is an independent woman working as a wedding photographer in Wilmington. She is somewhat withdrawn, doesn’t socialize often and is not flashy. This is the lead character.
 - Magnolia (female, mid twenties): is a very beautiful and seemingly vibrant woman. As a way to downplay her beauty she dyes a streak of blue in her blonde hair. Talent must be willing to dye hair.
 - Anderson (male, mid-late twenties) has a surfer type quality of looks, tall and muscular; yet is kind hearted and thoughtful. Guitar playing ability is a plus.
 - Trixie (female, late fifties) is the owner of a floral shop and is a good natured, out spoken, down-home southerner with a hippie edge to her.
 - Ethan (male, mid-late twenties) is an extremely attractive and charming gentleman whose goal in life is to succeed as a pool hustler. Ability to blow cigarette smoke rings a plus.
