Marki Costello is looking for talent from the Los Angeles area that want to take control of their careers by learning the ins and outs of the hosting industry. This is a great opportunity for people new to the industry to learn first hand, and a way for experienced hosts to fine tune their skills.
Video Requirements: Post your current hosting reel or audition video. Make sure to let Marki know why you think you should be at her September bootcamp.
* You must be available for the Hosting Bootcamp in Los Angeles on September 20th and 21st

Be selected to attend Marki's Hosting Bootcamp Weekend on September 20th and 21st. The bootcamp starts on Saturday at 10 a.m. and lasts until 5 p.m., continuing on Sunday, same time. During the weekend, you'll practice reading all types of host copy and learn basic techniques of television hosting. On Sunday, you'll dress up and look your best as the workspace transforms into a television studio. You'll read from a teleprompter and cue cards with a professional sound/light/camera crew, and walk away that day with a videotape of your performace. When you're done with this weekend, you will have the confidence and knowledge to audition as a television host.
