Interview with Love of Ray J Star
Wednesday, March 25, 2009
My name is Chelsey Fatula... better known as "LiL Hood" from "For The Love Of Ray J." A lot of people have had a series of questions about my time on the show and I am more then happy to share the inside scoop on my time on Ray J's show!

Vh1 did an Interview with me where I could do just that and here it is... Enjoy! :)

FROM VH1.com:

Why did you decide to do the show?

The reason I decided to do the show Is because I want a guy who can relate to me and my everyday life as well as my interests.. some one who has that common understanding of the work life in this type of profession and I saw ray as possibly being that person.

It def. was an interesting experience I cant say that i would ever jump thru firey hoops for a man like that ever again tho!

How was your time on the show?

I don’t regret going on the show at all, but I do get a little frustrated with the fact that they tried to make me look like I’m some type of ghetto thug wannabe groupie. I’m not like that at all. I’m a little Barbie girl with a f***ed up accent I can’t get rid of because my family’s from New York. It sucks because Ray named me Lil’ Hood and that stuck with me. I don’t think my rapping helped any.
Yeah, what was up with that?

I had planned to sing the song Ray J had done with 2 Pistols, and I was told they couldn’t clear that song. They asked if I had something of my own I could sing. I figured I’d sing the chorus to this song I was working on with my boys called “Grindin’.” Right before I was going to perform, I was told I had 10 minutes to fill so I had no other choice but to spit the rap as well. I figured whatever, maybe he’ll get a laugh out of it.
