Gotcast.com and the Casting Team from "America's Next Top Model" have teamed up in search for women to be a part of Cycle 12 of the show featured on the CW Network.  They're looking for a dynamic group of ladies who are articulate, interesting and exhibit enthusiasm for the series as well as a willingness to share their most private thoughts in an open forum of strangers.
