Every day we see tons of new faces on the site and I've gotten to meet some really awesome people. It's been crazy how many signups we've had, but I'm sure there are worse jobs to have than approving pictures from hundreds of beautiful people every day!

We're getting a lot of feedback from our members, and there's a handful things that have been coming up more often than others...

"Why did I lose votes?"

We sometimes have to delete spammers, which eliminates the votes associated with that account. Don't worry though, your vote count will be corrected as soon as we review all the new profiles.

"I can’t find myself on the browse page"

Whenever you create or update your profile, we need to approve it before you get put into the browse. There may be a delay on evenings and over the weekend, but your page is still there and your friends can still get to it. We manually approve every account on the site.

"How can I change my profile picture?"

When you're logged into the "My Account" page, simply click on the photo that you want to set as default and that will then show up in your widget and on your main profile. You'll notice a little red border that goes around your default picture.

"My video got deleted"

It's common practice for actors and models to have their contact information displayed on audition reels and comp cards, but for the safety of all our members, we don't allow any media with personal information.

"What are the votes all about"

Voting is how everyone across the globe gets involved with GotCast. We work a little differently from your average reality TV show though. Our members first pick their favorites, and those people move on as Finalist who are reviewed by our panel of judges. So by rocking the vote, you give yourself a better chance of getting discovered.

All in all, things are going really well. In the next couple weeks we're launching new castings and features to the site, so stay tuned!
