Final Casting is my specialty. When you are choosing that cast for TV Series you need to have incredible compatibility for a series to go into Syndication! Other wise, all too often dramatic creative differences, and ego drama can tank a great series prior to syndication $$. Final Casting for films is essential to bring that chemistry and magic that results in major awards.

Final hiring decisions is another specialty of mine, to experience: (1) Having a Director that communicates well with A-List & B-List stars is essential to create a box office hit, (2) Having Producers and Directors agree on shoots and creative expression, (3) Having major Stars and Co-Stars that create those steaming hot love scenes, or wicked fight scenes (certain chemistry must exist), (4) Having that Director & Editor that create that final box office blockbuster (that usually makes trilogy's), (5) Having a set that everyone loves to come to, does their best work, and results in a huge box office financial success or longevity!

I love to create Casts and Crews that facilitate and inspire everyone to do their best creative work. I enjoy even more working on transformational content movies that are both entertaining, and also have a great message or educate the globe so the audience members walk away with something useful in their lives or shifts their emotional or mental lens on life! Also, my intention is to assist in Productions that create a huge financial success to turn around and provide even more quality entertainment and/or influences to great causes.

In conclusion, should the script allow hiring all different races, religions, sexes, and ages, I love to hire the true multi-national cast that makes up our true national collection of citizens.
