Tamara Henry was a Fox Evening News Anchor in early 2000... after five years of the daily grind of the newsroom including anchoring newscasts in Little Rock, Arkansas while Bill Clinton was President... her career took a turn to the City of Lost Angels. And since, she has been in more reality shows that you can count on one hand. Plus her documentary film is currently on the 2010 Oscar Shortlist for the 83rd Academy Awards, a film that uber reality stars Gene Simmons of KISS and Shannen Tweed promoted to help it get nominated.
Her reality shows include:
Miss USA Pageant 1997, Petfinder on Animal Planet, Blind Date, Millionaire Match (two seasons), Glow on the Style Network, Breaking Up with Shannen Doherty, 2009 She's Got The Look finalist on TV Land's website, Before & After'Noon Movies on USA Networks, "Starting Over" by Bunim-Murray Productions on NBC.
She played herself on The Tonight Show, played herself on Curb Your Enthusiasm,
played herself on Access Hollywood
and won Best Hosted Interview Show in 2010 for a webisode she created and hosts where she showcased the 2010 Miss America Contestants with her Green Is Gorgeous online interactive eco contest on GreenTwithTamaraTV. She will be live on FoxNews com (which gets 9 Million views per day) on Oscar night interviewing celebrities at the 21st Annual Night of 100 Stars.
After living out her romantic life on national television and managing to be single into her inaugural cougar year, she will possibly be celebrating her big Four-Oh on a reality show romance cruise. Plus she is being groomed to finally get hitched (or not) on national television on Bridezilla on WE.
All with her little white movie star dog in tow! He was on Animal Planet and other shows and films.
