I of course, like everyone here, got enlisted into this. Thanks a lot "Suzytai"... First, it was facebook and then myspace, so here I am on gotcast.com.
Anyway about me,
My native language is Chinese-Mandarin and NO, I don't have an accent. Yes, I am a Capricorn if you're wondering. Don't hate Capricorns...I'm sorry, but it's within my nature to do the things that I do.
I'm currently working on getting my Bachelors degree in Engineering. I will further my education for Medical school to become a pediatrician. I will end up with "Doctors Without Borders" and or other NGOs that will treat and provide aid, education, housing, love and understandings, skills, friendship, peace, and hopefully unite nations together. The saying, "Love will make you do crazy things." Well, I know all this is dangerous, but I've been through some things in the past. I know I can get through whatever that comes. Yes, some of these are changes for them, but I never want them to become the "lost generation" or distruct civilizations.
There's just too much bloodshed, hurt, hate, and brokenness in this world because it is the world, the corrupt world. Let us not walk in broken spirits and crushed hearts. There were times that I wanted to give up, but BE Courageous there IS HOPE for the Better! Because of Love, I continue on and seek further. True love isn’t by finding the perfect person, but to see and understand an imperfect person perfectly. Imperfection withers away. You fall deeply in love with their souls! When we stop arguing over who is right and who is wrong, we can naturally concentrate on the "Path". Then our minds cannot be manipulated by people or events in life.
Now, you must say, why am I studying engineering and not just go for med? Well, crazy as it is, I'm also an inventor. I'm currently working with AutoCAD and getting my certificate by the end of fall semester. We're working on floor prints for homes and it's going great! Maybe I can build or re-build homes when I'm out there in Africa or wherever.
Music - Violin:
I've been playing for 11 years. I've been in pit orchestras for musicals, Fiddler on the Roof, community orchestra, jazz band (violinist), Salvation Army, nursing homes, and I've recorded with an indie Christian rap artist.
When I'm producing songs or working with random things, I want everything from my soul to become alive for the audience to hear, to feel, to watch, to fulfill, to grasp, to let go, and to create each of their own moments within theirs... Music is therapeutic for the soul and this is a different way of expression/language to reach deep inside and let the audience captivate their own unique reflections.
