My name is Anjelica but everyone usually calls me "RiotMonster". It's my alias and most gamers know me by it. I'm a down-to-earth kinda girl who loves telling dirty jokes & watching comedies. I've been known to laugh all the time and I just love living life. Not only am I a video game nerd but I get my jollies off of reading Marvel & VGCat comics & Harry Potter books.

I want Master Chief, Leon Kennedy or Kratos to be my boyfriend. I think me and Samus Aran & Bloodrayne could be best friends and Kirby would make the best garbage disposal/pillow. =] What a world that would be hehehe.

I've been playing video games since I was a little tyke stumbling into the living room with my uneven pigtails. I picked up that legendary controller with that glorious orange button. Some of you might recognize it as the Atari 2600 controller. I've been hooked ever since. Most little girls love to dress up their Barbies. I was learning the magical ways of the joystick. I've owned every Sega console & played every Nintendo console obsessively.

Now-a-days, I spend the majority of my time (when not plopped in front of my TV with a controller in my hand) in video game forums or reading reviews on interesting, upcoming titles. I love every kind of game from hardcore, in-your-face, brutal, bawls-to-the-wall, FPSs like Call of Duty 4 to fun, carefree, colorful games like Super Paper Mario. I host gaming parties every chance I get. I subscribe to game magazines. Gaming is honestly my full-time job. I play for at least 50 hours a week. I'm pretty sure I bleed pixels & polygons.

I visit my local arcades ANY TIME I get the chance. I can spend HUNDREDS there over a course of a week. It's rather sad lol! But I really get addicted. Jurassic Park, House of the Dead, Soul Calibur games & Mario Kart Arcade are some of my favorites there.

I know that I'm no model but I really feel that I could be informative about video games. I do my research and I'm never biased about consoles or game types. I'll play hardcore or casual games. I have no problem with speaking in front of an audience or in front of millions. My job is a Customer Service Representative so I have to speak well and make people believe what I'm saying. I get more than average sales daily JUST by talking to these people and more importantly, gaining their trust. I hope I don't have to post pictures of my boobs hanging out just to have a chance in this contest.

No, I may not have much experience in the world of the media, but I DO have lots of experience in doing what I love most... And that's playing my heart out in games.
I'd really love to share my passion for gaming with the world.

I'm honestly just a small town girl from Texas. I've never been to any awesome conventions like E3, ComicCon, E for All or anything. I've never had the chance or money to travel despite how badly I would want to. I think I can represent the small time gamers who save literally ALL of their allowance just to get their hands on one new game.. then play the hell out of it because they feel like they've earned it. I can represent the kids at home who are glued to their TVs practicing their FPS skills in Halo 3, leveling up their Pokemon and anticipating the arrival of Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I want to represent the ones at home hosting basement gaming parties who scream "BOOM!! HEADSHOT!!" every time they snipe someone right in the noggin.

I don't run any fancy websites (although I'd like to lol) or get the opportunities to go to conventions or have spots on game shows (Again.. that would be bad ass).
