I'm a mechanic by trade and a DJ on the weekends. My musical background started at an early age. From breaking wooden spoons on Mom's pots & pans to engineering for bands.

I'm a "biker" and I may look scary, but really I'm not! I'm a fun, down to earth, huggable Bear! Music is my passion and SHHHHH so is cooking.

I enjoy cooking for my family. I'm Italian and I come from a family that enjoys to cook as well. From creating our own "homemade" pasta sauce and sausages, we even made bread and wine!!

And I owe it all to my "MOM!"... She inspired me to cook or starve!! And she reallllly wanted me to stop banging on her pots and pans!!

No matter where I go, if there's a barbeque happening or food being served, you can be sure that you will find me there "cooking"!

And even though I haven't had any culinary schooling, I DO watch A LOT of "Cooking Shows!"

AND, by the way, did I mention that I use to live in "Hell's Kitchen", 38th and 8th in New York City!!

If I can survive in Hell's Kitchen in NYC, I can survive in Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen!

When I was a Kid In Ohio I sang a couple times on Stage; 
once at a local pumpkin festival, once at the state fair. I sang Delta Dawn, with my cousin(chrissy)duet. 
I still remember the jitters each time; just befor I 
would get on stage; and just befor you start. 
 
Once you just commit to do it; the jitters go away.
