Melody or 'Hygena' from the Scifi Channel's 'Who wants to be a Superhero' is a Canadian born transplant that lives in LA with her Husband. She is involved in Children's Theatre and works with LA Unified School District Inner City Arts program to bring Theatre and fun to under privileged children. Melody loves Star Wars and has a huge Action figure and toy collection. She is a fan of Sci-Fi in general; so much so, she makes her own fan films and enjoys editing them as well. You can currently catch Melody on Youtube and in two independent films due out late spring. Melody's dream job would be to join the cast of 'Capria' the new Battlestar Galactica prequel currently in production. Melody will be raising money for The March of Dimes and The Epilepsy Foundation.

11/30/2008 at 7:37 PM		Wow! They, I guess, are not casting peeps from this site one-two-three .. I hope you get it though! You qualified as per your tape, but they might need to decide after the casting is over and sometimes they find other people they prefer, as much as we hate that last point of contention. They and we know ure fun and capable, 4 sure! So if it isn't this one, I hope you land another one which you really love, but I hope it is this one. You have to keep working in the industry with your voice, personlaity and ability. Though we all competed and you are more friends with all my competition here and her friends that voted once for me and like 4-5 times for her (lol) and you voted for me like once, I thank you (all) still cuz ure votes helped me and I seriously do think there is a fit somewhere down the line for all of us. Only the casting director can grant the opportunity. I liked you in your videos. I thought of casting you myself actually. I like Mooney! Ure Perky! Eventhough you didnt vote for me, I still like your work and I never took anything here too personal. We all can have favorites.
