I know I can bring something different to the table. I got diagnosed with Type I Juvenile Diabetes when I was 17 years old. I was not born with this disease, and it was very hard to pick everything up about diabetes and maintain my weight. Playing sports in college definately helped me out. I take at least four shots a day and I would love to help educate and tell people about my story and how I got through it!
