My area of expertise is in "Ethnic Chic Food" from the Caribbean, West Africa, South Africa, and South East Asia.
As a caterer, I created hundreds of menus and I'm quite proficient at creating quick, easy and delicious meals.
I have a demonstrated ability to educate and entertain. After many reruns of a recent appearance on a local food show, I've become slightly famous in my community. I love when people recognize me from the show and start asking me questions about what to eat or cook for dinner. I'm looking forward to showcasing my talents on national television.
