I'm a chef from Adelaide, Australia. I've been cooking for over ten years in restaurants all over the world with renown chefs and people say that I am pretty good at it but I would really like to find out if all that is true. I have worked with American chefs before and they seem to think they are better than every one else, I would like to have chance to prove that that is not always the case and I think I could be the one that can give the Yanks a run for their money. I like to be tested, especially with my cooking, it's a learning experience and it a good test for my skills.
