I'm a perfectionist with an outgoing personality. I'm definately a people person. I have a sarcastic sense of humor and tend to make everyone laugh. I've been compared to Jeff Lewis from the hit TV series on Bravo "Flipping Out". I tend to always say whats on my mind. I'm a very good leader. People always tell me that I have a commanding presence and when I speak, people listen. I'm confident but not arrogant. I'm the type of person that can walk into a room of strangers and leave with new friends.

I'm an executive chef. I've been doing what I do for 6 years now. I've worked in restaurants and catering. I love to eat so therefore cooking is a passion of mine. I have a sophisticated palate but I also love good old fashioned home cooking as well. I'm an articulate speaker and I love to share my knowledge with anyone willing to learn.
