My name is Blake but most people call me *GOTTIBOY*. I am 19 and have been a dancer since I was 6 years old. Throughout my years of dance, I have takin everything except ballet. I would rate my level of dance inbetween intermediate and advanced. As much as I love to dance, I also am a singer. I have a very broad voice range and I am always up for challenge. I have a heart of gold and I love to help people. Within the next year, I plan to start my career as a Doctor or a Nurse. I have a bright outlook on life and always believe things happen for a reason. The reason I want to become a Doctor or a Nurse is simply because I love helping people. About a year ago I weighed 284lbs. and have drastically changed myself in a healthy way. I have changed in many different ways and want more than anything to have the oppertunity to be known if not famous. People say I have a great personality and that I am fun to be around. I live at home with my older sister who is 24, my younger brother who is 18, My mother who is 48, and my father who is 50. Currently I work for 3 brain surgeons in a large medical practice here in Buffalo, NY and someday hope to medically treat patients just as they are. I'm an LPN (Practical Nursing) student and hoped to be licensed this July and move on to bigger and better things. I have an Outgoing personality and love meeting new people, I also love to party and have fun. Here in Buffalo, I am well known as GottiBoy the local celebrity.
