About
What to say? People describe me as the guy with the Dancer's Spirit and the Warrior's Soul. I have over 13 years of dance training in classical ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and contemporary dance styles under my belt, as well as years of training in 5 hand to hand combat styles and martial arts. A friend of mine told me to post a profile up on here... so looky loo I did!!!!
I'm certainly interested in dancing, but also in stage and film combat, modeling, and choreography. Currently I have an exciting job working for in a county office, but I am also a dancer and co-entertainment director for a local bar, and I'm also a group fitness instructor for a large gym chain. Always working, training, or taking classes, hopeing I get to put it to good use.

Just a quick little interview:
List three adjectives that best describe you.
Crazy, Energetic, Hard-working
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Surviving! Everyday!!! Seriously though I am extremely proud of living my life the way I have and not getting killed or killing myself! To quote Patti LaBelle “I’ve done a lot of things in my life and my time. I’ve found the answers to some questions that were heavy on my mind”. I can certainly say that that is true. I’ve learned that everyday is a chance to learn and grow and step outside of my comfort zone… and be a better me.
What is a unique talent you are most proud of?
My ability to fuse so many things into one… like when I dance. During any given song I will use elements of classical ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary etc and then bust into martial arts inspired movements or yoga postures creating something new and different. I try to do that in my every day life… in work by adding flare to my personal style or the way I speak, the analogies I’ll use.
Best physical traits?
I always say my tattoos! Cause they are the only ones that I ever chose for myself, no G-d, no genes… it’s all me!
That may sound a bit insecure… and it indeed is, but it’s the truth.
I spent years looking in a mirror wearing tights trying to figure out what my body was doing wrong and how to fix it. That REALLY messes with your head eventually. What I see when I look at myself, and what someone else sees are completely different. Don’t get me wrong, I know I’m no beast or anything like that, but I’m far from what I would consider ideal, even for myself. But I like that. If gives me room to grow and become a better me physically… I mean, if I work so hard at being a better me mentally and spiritually, I should do the same physically, right?
Who’s your fashion icon?
It’s always changing. M. Shadows of Avenged Sevenfold is right now. He’s basic skater meets hard rocker. Jeans, cut off t-shirt with some band logo on it, black bandana and fitted hat. I like that. I’ve even effected elements of that to my personal style.
Madonna is a given, she’s tattooed on my body several times over. I still accessorize with rosaries and such.
David Beckham rocks, but then again so does James Bond!
I’m a very fashion-challenged kinda guy. I like my comfortable jeans and my t-shirts. Though I do enjoy a nice button down shirt.
How do you stay in shape? Describe your diet/exercise routine.
UGH…Well. I work out about 6 times a week. Lifting and cardio, as well as other activities such as yoga and Pilates. I am also an instructor at my gym, so that’s two hours of cardio right there. I love to swim when I can (read between tattoos after they’ve healed). My standard time at the gym is about 2 to 2.5 hours a night. I also dance a lot and heavy for all the shows I do (2-3 in a weekend).
As far as eating, I used to be really good about eating, but lately I’ve slipped into what I call eating like a dancer again. You eat when you can… what you can. It’s not the best for you, but I try to make healthy decisions about what I’m eating. However I don’t every say no to something I want.
What song makes you want to strut your stuff?
That changes all the time. Right now it’s “He Said, She Said” by Ashley Tisdale. I can always strut to Madonna’s upbeat stuff, “Vogue”, “Hung Up”, “Fever”, “Jump” etc.
What’s playing on your iPod right now?
EVERYTHING!!!!!!! Seriously!!!!!! From Aaliyah, to Avenged Sevenfold, to Annie Lennox… Delirium, Evanescence, Garbage, Good Charlotte… Idina Menzel, Jennifer Lopez, Kylie and Danii… and naturally Madonna, Prince, Keiko Matsui, Nina Simone, and Pink.
What’s your definition of sexy?
Attitude and aggression. Not confidence necessarily. Some of the best attitudes come from people who are the least confident. I can relate to that. Having an image of yourself that gives you the drive to work harder and to change, that can give a person attitude. Think Angelina Jolie or Madonna or Colin Farel, or the fictional Sydney Bristow. That’s attitude and that’s aggression. That’s sexy!
